During the 11th WIMC Opening Ceremony Prof. Jerzy Vetulani will give a lecture „Why do we think and how can we err interpreting the world?”

Prof. Jerzy Vetulani is a neuroscientist, neuropsychopharmacologist, biochemist, professor at the Institute of Pharmacology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków, member of the Polish Academy of Learning, honorary doctor of Medical University of Silesia and Medical University of Łódź.

He is one of the most frequently cited Polish scientists in the field of biomedicine. His scientific interests include depression, memory, addiction and neurodegeneration.
