Every participant who has submitted the registration fee is required to submit the payment confirmation via the registration system. Confirmation of payment receipt will be provided on the same platform.
Participants wishing to receive an invoice are requested to provide the necessary data (name of the institution, address and tax-related details) in the registration system.
For passive participants, the deadline for payment is set for 5th April 2024.
For active participants, the deadline for payment is set for 5th April 2024. The active participation fee should be submitted after the information about the acceptance of the abstract.
Confirmations of the bank transfer must be submitted by April 7th, 2024 at the latest.
Fees 2024:
